Federal Foods has setup a state of the art Business Development Center at its Corporate Office. It is a multi function center with a state of the art kitchen, a small café setup, a supermarket and an 80 seater auditorium. The center is used to cater for the training needs of the company, meetings, product trials and new launches.

The state of the art kitchen is used by the food service sales division to host renowned chefs for conducting workshops, kitchen courses and other product development activities. In addition, the division also encourages and organizes training classes for the junior and upcoming chefs of UAE. The training classes are organized in association with the Emirates Culinary Guild (a WACS endorsed authorized UAE culinary Institute)

Also many of the popular cookery shows on television have used the Federal Foods kitchen for shooting their episodes.

The supermarket set up caters to the training needs of the merchandising team in shelving and displaying of the products. All retail displays are first tried out in the BDC implementing in the outlets.

The 80 seater auditorium has been witness to many product launches, live cooking sessions and presentations.
