We are one of the top distributors in the FMCG sector in UAE representing world renowned agencies for a variety of frozen, chilled, dry food and non-food products. Driven by a passion for all it does, Federal Foods has grown from strength to strength since inception. Today with more than 1250 employees, we are chosen by many world renowned brands as its exclusive marketer and distributor for the region.

With its professional as well as dependable team, solid infrastructure and strong financials, Federal Foods is well positioned and committed towards achieving its vision of sustained growth of its client’s businesses in the future. It has extensive distribution network presence in UAE, Qatar and Oman with plans to cover the entire GCC in the coming years.

We have a regional presence in 3 countries with extensive warehousing and logistic strengths and cover across all channels and segments of business. With a fleet of more than 260 temperature controlled vehicles and excellent warehousing facilities in all the Emirates of the UAE, we deliver products to the nook and corner of the country.

Remote connectivity across all locations and a customer care centre ensure availability of real time information access; enable us to provide our customers with excellent service levels with short delivery response times.

A defined journey call cycle backed by a 24hrs operations, ensure that the right product is delivered right on time to the right customer so that the customer and the end-user is almost invariably ensured availability of their choice brands and products distributed by us.

 

Corporate Responsibility

Federal Foods doesn’t limit itself to just operational and financial success. It has a strong sense of responsibility to all our stakeholders including the consumers and the community in large and has taken various CSR initiatives.

With a commitment to act as a good corporate citizen, we have tied up with Emirates Environmental Group for saving trees. Initiatives have been taken to cut down on usage of paper in the office. Moreover all the waste paper in the Federal Foods office is collected in separate bins and then sent to a recycling plant through Emirates Environmental Group.

In addition to the above the core management as well as volunteer groups from different departments participate in social and environmental causes as a part of our CSR initiative.
